ZenithMove is an informational portal and catalog. We do not sell games, artifacts, or digital goods directly on our website. Because no monetary transactions take place within our domain, we do not issue refunds, process cancellations, or manage billing for any adventurer.
External Realm Transactions
When you click on a shimmering portal (external link) to acquire a game, you will be transported to a third-party merchant or developer's realm. Any purchases made in these external realms are governed strictly by the refund and cancellation policies of those respective merchants. ZenithMove cannot mediate disputes or issue refunds for purchases made outside our borders.
Contact Requests
While we do not handle financial disputes, we welcome reports from our community. If an external portal is broken, leads to an unsafe realm, or if a merchant is acting dishonorably, please send a missive to our scribes. We will investigate and may remove the link from the Arcane Ledger to protect future travelers.
Support and Assistance
Our support is limited to navigating the ZenithMove catalog, interpreting Astral Resonance ratings, and resolving technical issues with our own website. For game-specific technical support, billing issues, or refund requests, you must contact the platform or developer from whom you procured the game.
Policy Updates
Should the Guildmaster decide to introduce premium features or direct artifact sales in the future, this Treasury Policy will be updated to reflect the new rules of commerce and refunds within the Zenith Realm.
